Enrollment and graduation verifications may also be requested through Parchment using the appropriate school link above. Fees may apply through Parchment.

Looking for Student Records?

Student records typically follow a student to the school they graduate from, or to the last school they attended if they did not graduate.

To request student records, please provide:

• Student’s full name at the time of enrollment
• School attended
• Year of graduation or last year attended
• Date of birth
• Contact information for follow-up

All record requests must be made in writing or in person by the former student if the student is 18 years of age or older. Please email your academy with the contact information listed under the contact us section of the school.

If You Moved or Did Not Graduate

If you did not graduate, please contact the last school you attended.

If you transferred to another school district, state, or country, your records may have followed you to your new school. In that case, please contact the receiving school for assistance.
