About Our Principal
Principal Ennis Soubani
Principal Ennis Soubani serves as the founding principal of Unity Academy. A passionate educator, Mr. Soubani is committed to building a school that prioritizes community, academic excellence, and strong, positive values. He earned both his teaching degree and master’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. After several years of teaching, he went on to pursue his certification in school administration and is currently working toward his PhD in Educational Studies.
In addition to his experience as a classroom teacher, Mr. Soubani has served in key leadership roles, including assessment coordinator and assistant principal. These roles have shaped his vision for Unity Academy as a welcoming, high-performing school that stands at the heart of the Warren community—a place families can trust and take pride in for years to come.
