Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP)

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded preschool for four-year-old children. All families in Michigan qualify for free preschool. Learn more about our school and the positive impact we can make to kick-start your child's educational journey.

Below is the first step to enrolling your child in the GSRP program:

  • Four years old before December 1

Please bring the following with you to complete your child's application:

  • Verification of birth
  • Self-reported income
  • Legal guardian's driver's license

At Global Heights Academy, we use the HighScope Preschool Curriculum, which is based on more than 50 years of research on early childhood development and is aligned with national and state early learning standards, the Common Core State Standards, and the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework Approaches to Learning.
