Value Statements

Global Education Excellence Alumni Association, serves it’s high schools and currently has over 550 graduates, to encourage them to continue to grow in the path of a higher education and to become a network within all GEE high schools, while contributing to their communities in countless and effortless avenues.

Our Goal

  • Establish and cultivate relations with alumni and all GEE schools through communications, programs, and services.
  • To build a sense of shared community among alumni, students, faculty and staff to promote communication and networking among these groups.
  • Serve as the primary alumni resources for GEE in alumni service and programs, working with colleges and schools to promote alumni involvement, cultivation, motivate, train and identify strong volunteers to raise   scholarships funds.
  • To enhance and support alumni pride and ongoing engagement with GEE.
  • To encourage alumni support of the school’s advancement goals through contributions of their time, talent and ongoing support to GEE
  • Encourage diversity by increasing the involvement of minority and young alumni in the life and support of GEE.

Riverside Academy-West alumni had a successful gathering on Saturday, June 9, 2012 to discuss GEE Alumni Association connection, around 77% of graduates were able to meet again with their friends, shared high school memories, funny stories and college experience,

Riverside Academy West Alumni got the opportunity to meet with Peter Karmanos, Jr., Executive Chairman, Compuware Corporation
and Michael E. Duggan President & CEO Detroit Medical Center on Thursday, June 7, 2012,  at Compuware World Headquarters in Detroit downtown, the event was a great opportunity to our Alumni to meet influential individuals and engage in thoughtful discussion with today’s leading business, economic and political leaders.
